My DIY tank stand

I built this stand a while back for my 55 gallon tank but I built it to accomodate a 90 gallon tank when I decided to upgrade. I might have overkilled it just a little because the frame is all 2x4 and a couple of 2x6. It is wrapped with cabinet grade red oak plywood and eventually I will finish the canopy which will match the stand.

Very mice job! I'm just about to ask my lfs to make me a stand for my 24" x 14" , they make their own tanks and stands and are quite a good price due to cutting out the middle man. Post a pic shen it is all finished and running

that looks very good! Ive always thought its better to overkill then underkill.. you dont want 55 gallons or 90 gal sitting on the floor in your house. I made a stand and canopy for my 125 and it is a few hundred dollars cheaper to build it your self wrather than buy one.
