I have a 55 gal
Topfin sitting on the good old Walmart stand. There in lies the problem, the stand is split in the middle for a support beam and after tossing around a few ideas and taking some measurements I came up with the idea of using two 10 gallon tanks, one on each side. The tank on the right is going to get the feed line from the DT and house the protein skimmer and the heater, then I will install a series of baffles to cut down the micro bubbles before I pump it over to the next tank which is going to house my refugium and return pump to the DT.
It sounds like it'll work if I build it right, just wondering if I'm forgetting anything.
