Man this is coming along nicely! Great work!

Thanks! It's beginning to get more exciting.

Getting closer now.
I think I will have the tank and sump plumbed this weekend and then... time to fill and cycle!! Woohoo! :D

My brother-in-law helped me move the tank into the house last night.
Our wives had to help lift it on to the stand.. it was heavy picking it up that high.
But the four of us did it!

Houston we have lift off!

Did you build a cabinet to store the step stool? You're going to be spending a lot of time on one.

BTW: nice craftsmanship :)

Finally got the tank set up.

I sure can't take good pictures of it though..

I've got to do a little research to improve the quality, but here are some shots.

I still need to build 2 doors for the canopy.

Ill grabs some pictures today.
But I have a 1200 gph CPR overflow plumbed with 1 1/4" PVC.

It empties into a five gallon bucket filled with media. The bucket has holes drilled in it that allows the water to empty into a 36 gallon rubbermaid.
And then a pump returns the water.

I did build a 2x4 frame for the rubbermaid bucket so that it wouldn't collapse.
