Need: Easy mount for float switch

I purchased a group of these float switches a while back as a number of folks here raved about them. I've been trying to think of an easy to make and easy to adjust mount for them. What have you folks come up with for mounting yours? remember, pictures are always helpful in this forum!

Hmmm, well you could knock off... www.autotopoff.com they use an acrylic hanger and zip ties I also believe he encloses the float switch in PVC to prevent snails etc...from making it stick.

Yup, I think that is the switch that autotopoff.com uses. Pretty simply to assembly it the same way using PVC...

I have a float switch real similar to that, to mount it I used a curved intake tube off of a penguin mini filter. I had to cut it down to get the length right but so far its working. I have yet to tackle the snail guard issue. I use zip ties and adhesive cable tie mounts to secure it to the tank..its in the main tank, no sump. If it helps I'll snap some pics when I get home from work. HTH
