Ok so here is the situation. Im about to start the plumbing for my 110g long tank. I noticed as I was looking at the bulkhead under the tank that its pretty worn down and would like to replace it with a new one. Only problem is that i am not sure the easiest way to get the old bulkhead out without damaging the glass. Any ideas?

Cut the plastic nut off with a hacksaw or dremel. With the nut off, the bulkhead will come right out.
