Need ideas for making a garage sale sign

So I plan on selling some fish out of my house. Luckily I live right next to a major road , so all I really need is to make a nice sign and keep my outdoor tank nice and clean. I'm having a hard time determining what would be the best price to Performance components to make a nice sign that I can use that says something like,

"tropical fish for sale"

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
