parts supply

I need to build my own hood for my tank as it is not a standard depth. I'm going to have to pieces of glass cut. I need to find a place where I can order that black hinge piece that sticks to your glass, and the plasic piece that goes in back so you can cut out for filters, etc. My "cool" LFS used to carry these things, but they were put out of business by the evil Pet's Mart, and now my resources have become very limited. Hope I described the parts well enough that you guys will know what I'm talking about.
Thanks!

i have a 1/4" hinge for glass that i got from www.mcmastercarr.com. It's a long black strip, kind of in the shape of an X.

Look there, if you can't find it, let me know, i'll se if i can.

Wow, they've got a lot of stuff. Found tons of plastic hinges that would work. Thanks for the lead.

watch the shipping, since they're an industrial supply, they assume that you need everything very fast. their catalog is about 4" thick. But they don't send them out any more.
