I have two 92mm fans that I want to use at the exhaust for my 45G tall tank. Is there a way to have them be powered by a single ac/dc adapter.. also what voltage will make decently quiet? thanks!

if the fans are designed to run on 12vdc, then you could easily run them on 6-7vdc. or use a potentiometer to vary the voltage until its quiet enough that you cant hear it or it doesnt bother you.

*edit*
sorry forgot about the other part
as far as powering them from the same transformer, power draw for that would be in amps or more likely milliamps.

this adapter:

will power 4 of these:

at 12vdc for ~200cfm

wire it up in parallel. solder all three black wires together and all three red wires together.
