if your using pvc pipe for your refugium to do all the plumbing, is it ok to use the all purpose pvc cement to keep them from leaking and separating as long as you wait until it dries completely?

Yes, and I'm going to do that, except for the parts that are in the water, just in case.

yes u can. i would also consider using clean pvc primer the purple kinda makes a mess clear looks much cleaner
