I've seen here that some members made their own 3D background and I've done some research on the web and tried to find some materials. But I cant seem to find Liquid cements here in the philippines or any cement coloring. so my question is what can I use in replacement of those materials. and after finishing up what kind of sealant should I use that is aquarium safe and fish friendly
