You can always use aqadvisor.com. There you can answer a couple of questions about your set up and it will give you a general idea of your stocking level, filtration capacity , and other information such as compatibility of species you want to keep, m:f ratio, water parameters, etc.

Try posting your questions about the cichlids in the freshwater cichlid section they will be able answer any cichlid questions you may have

Why does Sea World have a seafood restaurant? I'm halfway through my fish burger and I realize, Oh my goodness.... I could be eating a slow learner!
