Hello -- I yesterday replaced a broken front glass on an aquarium I built 40 years ago. I was tired and got sloppy with the silicone sealer residue on my hands. Today, I have residue on the glass. Is there anything I can use to remove the residue without compromising the main seal work?

Thanks in advance for any advice

A razor and rubbing alcohol. The alcohol will soften the silicone making it easier to scrap it off.
