Safe aquarium paint?

I'm thinking about doing a DIY project with styrofoam/concrete... and am wondering what I should look for as far as safe paint goes if I want to try to make the concrete a more brownish color?

Any help or suggestions?

Oh maybe I answered my own question! I just read in an article that a coat of epoxy over any paint will seal it.
