i assume this is for a SW tank? (since you have a protein skimmer return)
i dont think bamboo will grow in SW.
also, the K1 media is overkill, and will not provide any further filtration to your system. in fact, there is really no need to have 3 types of media at all. all media does the same job (providing surface area for bacteria to grow), you could just go with all bio-balls, or all ceramic rings in the first two bio chambers and you will have more than enough space for your bacteria to grow.
keep in mind, your system will only have enough bacteria to accommodate the bio-load. any extra media, is just taking up space, and is not actually holding any bacteria.
