Sump Pump Recommendation

Amazon.com: Hydor Centrifugal Universal Pump, 740 gph: Pet Supplies

In preparation for a sump build, I'm wanting to know if this is a good pump?

Hydor Centrifugal 740gph

It's for a FOWLR tank (a few frags) but will be meant for a reef tank.

Plans are for sump to circulate 740 (roughly), with a protein skimmer in sump, and a canister filter with 'bio-pellets'.

Anyways, does anyone know if this pump is decent? I don't want it to be too loud, and operate as expected. If not, can anyone recommend me a pump for around $50-$75 that will pump 650+ gallons.

I like the Mag pumps as their well built and are quiet.
