Sump questions

Calling all DIYers. I'm looking to pick up a eshopps pf-1200 overflow box (rated at 1200 gph. with dual intake) and I think I'm gonna get the mag-drive model 12 1200gph pump. What my question is, will these two work together at the same rates. I know a lot of pieces of equipment are rated at X but only put out a partial amount of that. Just like how many pumps are rated at XX but is only achieving that at ambient flow and not when it forces water against gravity. I'm also seeing mag-drive likes to list their rates at 1' but I will be going at roughly 5'. Any ideas or recommendations.

So after hours of searching and searching I finally found a really good chart for mag-drive pumps. Turns out I will be needing the 1800 because at 4' that one hits the 1200 mark. I'm thinking to regulate the input and output I'm going to put some PVC shut off valve. That should work right?
