Tank Stand Plans?

I recently purchased a 50 gallon tank, and I am planning to make a stand for it. After searching through the net, I came across Home Aquarium DIY that linked me to a user group:

Anybody have any more detailed plans? I was hoping for a real intricate one, I have plenty of woodworking experience and would like to make a complex piece.

The reef central one is the one I used to build my 30g long/10g stand. I have a build thread here in the DIY section if you want to take a look. Really easy to build, and more importantly, its sturdy! Way overkill for my tank but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Ditto on the Reef central plan. I did a modified version ... very sturdy & solid. Best plan IMO.

80 gal FW with 30 gal DIY wet/dry/sump.
9 fancy golds, 1 hillstream loaches, 1 rubber-lip pleco (C. thomasi), 3 SAEs, small school of white cloud minnows, planted.
