I was wondering if I could use a plastic light diffuser in my tank to block off a corner of my tank. I saw on another website that you can use this instead of fragment racks as maybe a cheaper alternative, and the design of those is what I want. Something that has holes so the plants can still get light and water flow, but small enough for my fish to not be able to get through. My main concern is if there is any kinds (i.e. types of plastics) I should avoid when I go to Home Depot or Lowes to pick these up. Or if there may be something better to use.
Thanks.

I've heard people useing light diffuser in tanks to keep heavy rocks off the glass. There is only one real light diffuser so it's worth a try

Okay I wasn't sure if anyone else had heard of it and I didn't want to just stick something potentially toxic in my tank. Thank you :)

I use one on the bottom to protect glass no issues also as tops
just about anything frag racks ect
