Okay... with this whole DIY background... I've got it all figured out. The pieces fit, concrete is on, have sillicone sealant ready... have read up on everything...
but I have NO idea what epoxy resin to use. Can anyone post pictures or link to me to a suggested product? I've gone to like Home Depot/Menards and tried to ask around but they had no idea.

i've had the same dilemma cee. ask over at the cichlid forum, if u can't get an answer here. otherwise u can hunt for olympia epoxy resin paint at a pool store. be warned though...run u about 50-75$ a quart. can't remember exactly how much.
