where can I get this

(1) Sheet of Hi-Density, Blue/White Pond Filtration Foam, (Pondmaster)
(2) Blocks of Lo-Density, Black Pond Filtration Foam, (Pondmaster)

will 1.5" thick high density media
1.5 " thick low density media
and a sponge prefilter be too much for my 350 gph filter

It really doesn't tell you how thick the sheets need to be. judging by the pictures the black foam looks to be an inch or more. I'd say try it and see if it works if not try foam slightly thinner
