Where to find suction cups with clips

This might be a silly question, I want to look into building a spray bar and have been looking for suction cups with clips similar to the one that comes with some canister filters to attach the accessories.

I haven't been able to find a cheap source of clips that are big enough to attach larger accessories.

Thanks
