Another Kudo for Captivereefs.com - Aquarium Advice

I ordered a Remora Skimmer on Thanksgiving afternoon. Once you consider the discount he gives AA members you cant beat the price. Darin called me the next morning to let me know it wouldnt ship till monday (which is what I expected anyway). It shipped the following monday, even though the Credit Card I used was expired (Im a knucklehead, had the new card and used the old one). Darin called me on tuesday and informed me of my mistake and I gave him the new exp date. Then I had UPS problems, which he tried his best to help me with. Finally got it today (not Darins fault, UPS has issues this time of year) packaged securely and safely, even after 8 days of UPS abuse.

All in all, you couldnt ask any more of someone when you order from them. He kept in touch, followed through, and in general treated my first order like I was his best customer. More will follow because of the service he provides.
