Big Al's online Rocks - Aquarium Advice

I recently ordered a Curent USA Orbit strip light for my tank. When I recieved the light one of the bulbs was broken. Not Big Al's fault, bad packaging by Curent USA. I called Big Al's and within 5 minutes of being on the phone they were sending me a new bulb to replace the broken one. I will definatley be doing business with them again.

I have to agree with you Oafboy182. I absolutely LOVE Big Al's. They are the only retailer I use for equipt.

I've had great luck over the last year since they updated their system. They use to be horrible.

I agree with Bearfan - now that they have improved their system they do a great job making sure you get what you need. I have had to return things to them and have no complaints. I also generally receive my items within 2 or 3 days, standard shipping.

They did make 1 mistake on my order, but it was because All-Glass revamped their light strips and started including the reflectors. The sales guy didn't know that so he faxed me an address label and had my credit card credited back the amount of the reflector plus the additional shipping cost in less than 10 days.

Seems like the new system is a good one. I wont use them anymore because of past bad luck and I have switched to using Drs. Foster Smith or Pet Solutions
