Well considering their prices and from what everyone has mentioned about them I placed an order for the Filstar XP3 about 2 weeks ago. Someone in a forum said they got their package in about 4 days, well lucky you. After not hearing anything for about a week and a half, and then getting charge two days ago... I actually thought they then decided to send my package. I live in gainesville and had my item shipped to this address. I had to call my dad 280 miles away for another reason and he mentioned that i got a package here. I thought, very strange who would send me a package their? Upon asking him what the label said, and then answering that it said "big als" I made a prompt call to big als. The only good thing about these people other than prices is that they are open on sundays. apparently.. even though on the email they sent me back after making the order says my billing AND my shipping info was correct, they said that the ups address was a hybrid of the two addresses, so how it got to my billing address is a freakin' miracle. I was obviosly upset as I am now, because I have been waiting forever for the importat filter to help out my poor oscars that I saved, and currently battling HITH. They said they would note it down for the next time I would place an order so it shoudn't happen again, I thought this ridiculous considering it was their mistake, and waiting EVEN longer for a package that was supposed to be here earlier didn't make it any better... and their solution was that... pathetic. Anyways thought I would share it with the rest fo you guys, and I will never order from them again.

Sorry you had trouble with them. I have ordered twice and no problems. Hope you got your filter and was able to save your oscars. BTW, just so you know the people at bigals are human too and everyone makes mistakes. Did they offer to reship? or refund your shipping? I would call up and ask to speak with a supervisor and request a refund of the shipping since they didn't del. when it was supposed to.
