Ok, I know I've read on here where some people have had trouble with them, but I gotta say as a new customer, I'm more than please with them. Here's what happened.
About 2 weeks ago I saw that they are having a $5.99 flat shipping special going on. I thought ok, we need to get a new glass canopy for the 80 and I could use a few other things. At $5.99 it's worth it.
So I put in my order, got everything I paid for. Put the new canopy on the 80.
Came home from work this Wednesday and the glass piece under the light had broken and fallen into the tank. ACKKKKKKKKK! (no fish were hurt thankfully) On Thursday my boyfriend called their customer service about this. Yesterday I got a confirmation email that the replacement piece has shipped. I have also received a shipping email from FedEx for tracking (My part has departed St Paul MN.
Ok, I know to some folks this might not be a reason to endorse them. My thing is that they took my boyfriend's word on the piece breaking for no reason (which it did, there was no stress on it), they didn't want it back for proof or even pictures. To me that's just great service.
