Good experience with east coast clams
Awhile back ago I ran into a guy who wanted to trade his PFO 400W MH ballast for a 250W ballast (also PFO). I seen it and jumped on it immediatly. It turned out to be Rob Huss, the owner of www.eastcoastclams.com . I sent him my ballast and it arrived with no problems, however when I recieved the 400 watter it was damaged, the ends were dented up and the heat sinks were shifted. I contacted him to let him know of what had happened and he assured me that it was sent in good condition and it had obviously been mishandled by UPS. He filed a claim with UPS and they came to pick up the ballast to send it back to him. It was taking them so long to get the claim processed that Rob ordered my a brand new ballast and had it shipped to me. He said he thinks he will be reimbursed, however he does not know that for sure. I think this shows how great of a buisness man this is. He did what ever it took to keep me happy. He kept me updated and answer all of my emails through the whole ordeal. I would like to encourage everyone to check out his website. Although I have not ordered livestock from him yet (I plan to in the future), the pictures on the site are great and are of the actual product you are getting. Seeing how he handled this situation I know he would be great to order anything from. Bottom line... www.eastcoastclams.com has great customer service. Check them out.

Not really, but I think I would enjoy it. To be honest, I just wanted to tell everyone how happy I was with my experience, with Rob's help, he took a bad situation and made it good. Thats why I think people should give him their buisness.
