They sent me a new back piece for my Koralia without any questions except address and which koralia. They really got me hooked on their Ph now.

Are you talking about the part that needs to be sealed where the motor is? If that is the case, you may want to see if they can replace the whole ph.
I had one of the first batches that came out and they had seal issues.....Needless to say, it nuked my whole 55.
I still love the other hydors I have!
It's also good to know they have a great product and great customer support!
