I jjust have to share...
I stumbled across Welcome to Carolina Frags! and have to say that this gentleman has the THE BEST customer service I have every experienced on the internet. It all started when I ordered a clam from him (Larry) on ebay. The weather in Minnesota was questionable and he happily held onto my order until we were sure shipping conditions would not be an issue. Through the fault of FedEx, my original package was delayed and took three days to get to me. Needless to say...my clam was toast. However, Larry was completely ontop of the situation before I even knew what was going on. He tracks all packages himself to ensure proper delivery. He is going to replace the clam at no cost and even took pics of his hand-picked clams for me to choose from. They looked so great I got a second clam, awesome 6in crocea with bright green edges, for $35. No extra shipping either. I have spent a lot of time on the phone with Larry and he has kept me informed as to the progress and options. Turns out, he owns his own plumbing business and just sells corals for fun. He has much more in stock then he has listed on his site and invites anyone to call with special orders and questions. All corals are dipped multiple times and QT/observed prior to selling. In fact, he held onto this batch of clams for two months before listing them. Sorry to ramble, but it is not often you come across a site that offers as much as this. BTW...every order ships with a "freebee" coral frag as well. He personally called me to ask about my system and see what types of corals I keep so he would know what to include...okay...I'm done. Just check it out.
