I have two open orders with KFA for 06/02/2009 and 05/17/2009. So far I have recieved two apologies and offers for free product to be added to the order. But the first package has now missed both the original and extended delivery date and I have requested a refund. They seem a bit chaotic and while they seem to have no trouble accepting payment I have yet to see any product from them. Their phone number always seem to be engaged.

Having said that now I have got them on the phone and the orders seem to be on their way. They have an under-staffing issue which I can kinda relate to.

Hi all. It turned out positive in the end. After the delay I got my order in good condition with lots of extras, and some bonus shrimp by way of apology. All the shrimps and snails I ordered were in great condition and going strong. The sulawesi snails in particular were a great find.
