They have redesigned their site. I am having a problem with a product that I purchased from them a few months ago. I went to the site to get the exact name of the product and noticed that they are now including warranty information on their items. When I clicked on the item I am having issues with, it lists the phone number for the warranty center. How cool is that! No more searching for info. They have it on their site.

Sweet since most of us either throw away the paperwork that comes with our supplies or forget where we put it. Wish all merchants did that

I don't have a receipt since it was a gift but my husband bought it from Big Als. We can print if off the site. They are making this WAY too easy for us. We never keep the info books with items that we buy if they are less expensive. We'll keep them for computers, tvs, sterios, etc, but not for filters and whatnot. The number that was listed for Red Sea sent me directly to a real person, not an automated system. The woman gave me the name of a guy who is a traveling techie for Red Sea and she gave me his cell number. This is REALLY too easy. I wish warranty repair on my satelite was this simple.
