I wanted to purchase 2 250w Electronic
MH ballasts and 2 250w
MH 10,000K bulbs. After loganj helped me work through some shopping cart failures due to weird hyperlinks, he went to place the order. CoralVue was out of the ballasts. He contacted the company for an ETA on the merch, and he told me he would hold 2 of the units for me. When CoralVue had shipped the ballasts to him, I was contacted and informed that they would arrive at his place within the week. I made the payment as soon as I'd received confirmation from him, and he sent the merch the very next day.
Despite the FedEx bumps on the box, the products were in excellent condition. They were wrapped in bubble-wrap, and then the box was filled with styrofoam peanuts. There was absolutely no damage to anything.

I highly recommend Captive Raised Corals for the excellent customer service, the pricing, the speed, and the quality of shipping. It was an excellent experience all around for me, and you should definitely look into CRC for your purchases.
