Negative review- Underwater Warehouse

I ordered from them because it seemed they had a HOB return (Inland Seas) that I need and liked the look of. Along with that I ordered several other items and a 160G bucket of Seachem Reef salt because they had a good sale price. Well, a couple weeks went by without shipping notification so I called and spoke to a guy that answered the phone simply as "Dan". I spoke to him for several minutes and found out that the HOB return was back ordered and possibly discontinued. I asked that he remove that from my order and he stated that the rest of the order had already shipped. Cool! Or so I thought...

I received the rest of the order today and instead of the 160G Seachem Reef salt I received 3 50G bags of plain Red Sea salt. I called and left a voicemail. I'll update on what else transpires, but I would urge caution if you are looking to do business with this retailer.

Sorry to hear about your situation. For a moment I though that was the company that is one of our sponsors. I see that the sponsor is Underwater Outlet, not warehouse. Hope they fix their mistakes for you!

Not only that, but they sent no shipping notification whatsoever for what they did ship (which was the wrong product as HN1 said). Plus, their website STILL makes no mention of the Inland Seas return being backordered, out of stock, or discontinued, so if you look at it the product appears to be in stock and the site allows you to complete the order. Disappointing to say the least, as we are looking to complete our tank upgrade in a timely manner.
