never buy from aquatraders.com

you should never buy a product from aquatraders.com there customer service is horrible, i asked for them to replace my leaking canister filter and they hung up on me, very rude people, they only care about selling the products not the quality, just me its not worth buying from them

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles with the company. Have you contacted the manufacturer?

I moved this to the General Retailers forum.

Aquatraders mostly sells cheap chinese knock off products. You can not contact the manufacturer directly unless you speak chinese and can find them on the product somewhere. They mostly sell the Odyssea line of aquarium products which are cheap but just not worth it.

i bought a t6ho light fixture from them 5 months ago and so far have only one problem. no one else sells 39 watt t6ho bulbs and the bulbs that came with the fixture aren't ideal for fw planted. i bought it thinking that the t6 were the same as the t5 since they were the same 39 watts for a 34.5inch bulb. the plants are still growing well though and the light fixture seems to be decent for the price. i'll probably get a t5 retrofit kit and use the same housing and just swap out the components when i need to replace the bulbs.
