Petsolutions.com excellent customer service - Aquarium Advice

Well, I ordered on monday, had my stuff on wednesday (chicagoland), but didn't open it till sunday (busy,busy!). I discovered that a 2 liter bottle of charcoal had been substituted for the seachem biomedia I had ordered. Sunday? no probelm, they have customer service on Sundays! They agreed to mail me the correct stuff moday, and had me keep the charcoal for my troubles (and it was not worth paying to ship a $7 item back for return).

Sunday hours, great service, good prices,fast shipping to chicagoland, and nice selection. check it out.
