I ordered dwarf cerith, Florida cerith and nassarius snails. I ordered the penny algae which was a shaving brush algae, the flame and the fire algae. They all arrived in wonderful condition.
One of the algaes I ordered was not shipped with it since it wasn't as healthy as they like to send out. I had my choice of canceling or getting it backordered. I backordered and it is already on its way, they didn't delay the rest of my order for the one item.
The few extras I was expecting in case of DOAs were more than I could have imagined. John Maloney seems to know how to make his customers happy. I would order from them again without a question.
