Overall, I am very pleased with the expediency, packing and quality of the livestock. I am not sure that I really like the fine print on the 6 day guarantee. The serpent starfish had lost a leg in transit. I emailed them and they said he most likely will not live, and to follow guarantee procedures. As I read through the fine print, if I order again, they will replace him for no additional shipping, if not, I must pay $29.00 shipping for a fish that cost under $10.00. Guess they bank on that. The bagging had not leaked any, each was heavily bagged. Each variety of item was seperated and they only put 5 shrimp to a bag.

Anyway, except for Mr Starfish, everything else was in top notch order.
They have a "build your own" package, they pay the shipping as soon as the order is over $75.00. They have more than cleanup critters on the BYO list, it had the plants, some fish, etc...worth looking at.

Great pics, Hara. Had I not ordered fish online before, I would have really been interested in your pictures. I simply could not imagine how shippers were able to get SW animals to me live. It is pretty amazing, in my opinion. And I have had good experiences. Thanks for sharing.
