Thumbs Up for Captive Reefs

I ordered a Skimmer and a pump from Captivereefs last week, not knowing Darin was going on vacation for a week (how dare he?). He called me at home the day that he was leaving to inform me that he was having my item dropped shipped from the manufacturer and I should have it on the 8th of July. Well...today is the 9th and I alread have that thing plumbed into my system It came right on time, packed and shipped well. This was my first experience with Captivereefs and i have to say, Darin runs a quality outfit.

Thanks again,

Steve

PS. 50 Kudos to Captivereefs for the phone call. I was totally not expecting it.

I did too and got the thing last week, but I haven't plumbed it into my system yet. Darin's customer service is second to none and for that alone I'm a repeat customer with him. The dude's great and you just can't recommend him enough
