Not bad prices but the color temp is that usually used for "indoor gardening". 5K lamps will give a yellowish tint to the water. You can offset it by adding 2 or 4 actinic flourescents.
If you want a good, cheap, high color temp MH lamp check this page out. http://www.hellolights.com/175wat10vion.html
These lamps are only $50 and are very white. A friend of mine got them and is delighted.

Mark

I too like the look of Ushio's. I wonder who has the best price on their 10000 Ks?

No comparison for Ushios, but if you go to this thread, you'll see some pics that shows their color.

When I first put the new bulbs in, I was real unhappy, but it toned down quite a bit over a few starts and adjustment by the eyes. They are more yellow than advertised, but not too bad.

MH bulbs

www.il-solutions.com has a 10000k 175w Ushio for $69.00. Don't know if that's a great price or not, but they seem to be very reasonable on everything else.

Ushio 10K 250W

www.hellolights.com - 89.00 (out of stock)
www.oceanencounter.com - 84.99
www.marinedepot.com - 94.99

You'll have to look into the shipping to see which one is the best deal, but I imagine it will be OceanEncounter.
