I just received their aquarium supplies catalog in the mail. It is highly organized and easy to use. It goes by types of supplies, not manufactures. Also, it has highly detailed information about certain aquarium equipment. For example, it has about a half a page description on [acronym:63a06ce804="Reverse osmosis"]RO[/acronym:63a06ce804]/[acronym:63a06ce804="Deionization"]DI[/acronym:63a06ce804] units - why you need them, the benefits, how to use them, etc. They also have marine biologists on staff so if you call up with a question, there will be a highly knowledgeable staff member to help you out.

I have purchased my drift wood and other minor supplies from them, and had no problems whatsoever. The packaging was great and the delivery was fast.

I LOVE this place. Its based in PA so all us east cost hobbists get stuff much faster than having to wait a week or more in ground shipping from the west coast.

I have used them for years and never had a issue with my order. I give them two thumbs up.

I have used them for MANY years. They will price match other online retailers and customer service (when necessary) has always been top notch.
They also offer free shipping on large orders.

I placed my first order through thatfishplace.com about a week ago. Got my new filters, heater, powerhead, etc all in about 5-6 days (I chose cheap shipping, so it could've been 9). They exceeded my high expectations and were extremely easy and friendly to work with.

Oh, and they matched bigalsonline's prices. I got a steal.

For the past 10 or more years, I've ordered from them with no problems and as fishfreek said, they're on the east coast and I get my order in about 3 days or less. I also like to take a road trip down to the store about twice a year just for the fun of it. The place is huge. The livestock though is questionable. Usually sick or signs of ich. They use to run a 20% off marine fish on weekends but that seems to have stopped in the last year or two. I usually stock up on heavy goods like salt that is way to expensive to ship. Walking out of there twice a year besides the occassional mailorder always leaves my wallet about $500 lighter.
