Yep--I was going to *go there* with the AA thing, but thought some people might be sensitive. Doesn't appear so, though!

I'm reading "20 minutes," "2-3 times a day." That doesn't sound like addiction to me! I'm more like HOLLIEO, keep it on all day (Verizon Online DSL), and check up every so often... Ok, like really often!

In fact, when I was working this summer on a computer with a T1, I kept it on all day, and barely did any real work. I'm having to do extra work now to catch up (voluntarily, but still...)

I'm surprised my post count is only at 6.7. I've posted a lot recently! I wish this could be a job. I'd make a lot of money, and I'd never grow sick of it!

Well, everyone else who hasn't yet posted, this is your penance, come and confess!

What a great thread!! Got a surprise for some of you

I guess you could say I'm addicted!! I spend hours per day on here. When I am online I don't go more than 10 minutes without checking back. I am subscribed to several of the individual forums on this site (means I get an email everytime there is a new topic posted in that forum) and I will still usually beat the email to the topic

It all started with me going to the store to buy a goldfish and a bowl. I came out with a 10 [acronym:766ab8e687="Gallon"]gal[/acronym:766ab8e687] kit! I have always loved aquatics and had a tank a long time ago, when I was very young. Once I realized I was in over my head, I discovered this wonderful site and haven't looked back since! Now I can't get deep enough into the aquarium keeping world!

I love how every one here has some personal experiences/opinions to add to each post. This gives the author a choice as to how to go about solving their question. And thank you to all of you who helped me when I was just a naive newb (I am getting all choked up...I;m sorry)

Hi, I'm Tim and I am an AA Addict.

I cannot go more than a few minutes without thinking about what is going to be in here when I check back... I usually like to check it out at least 10 times a day about 20 minutes on average each time..... On my days off I get to it a little less... I guess that tells you something about my work..

I am the same way Kevin, it is such a habit for me to hover around the Aquarium Advice link in my fav. toolbar, I swear I click everytime I switch sites, I always go there, and then type in the new URL. It is a good habit though!

How about a shirt that says...

Hi, im Dustin and I have a problem

on the back...

I am addicted to Aquarium Advice.com, come see why

You all are CRAZY

You could say im addicted. Of course I was addicted to giving/getting advice well before aa came around. I think you could say that addiction was partially the cause for us staring this site in the first place.
