Adopting a shelter fish - Aquarium Advice

Anybody ever adopted a shelter fish? I was looking at some on petfinder.com. I wish they had some good fish in my area for fifty cents, only guppies around here right now. The contract is soo cute, "not to be used as feeders or breeders". You really think they'd take back a guppy if you accidentally let it get pregnant?

I had no idea you could adopt all those animals. Next time I need an iguana, I know where to look.

Yeah...here...in fact, I think you need two...and some turtles.

One day, Trevor would also like a turtle tank, but until then, you'll have to keep all the turtles yourself.

Yes, reptiles, there aren't many fish now but I've seen some pretty exotic types posted before.
