I had a water bed for 13 years, got to the point where I have to drag myself out of bed, sit on the edge for 10 min's just to get enough engery to move , switched to a "pillow top" mattress just about a year ago and never felt better.

I thought of something -- maybe it's totally wrong for your situation, though!

Are you getting enough calcium? If I don't, I wake up with absolutely, positively horrible charley horses in my calves and feet. Then they continue to hurt through the day.

Since I'm dairy allergic, I have to make sure I take my calcium supplements. I get one from Vitamin World that's blueberry flavored, so it makes it easy to remember to take it because it's so good!
