Anyone ever grow Irish Moss?

I'm wondering how much light Irish Moss or Sagina subulata needs as well as it's variant Sagina subulata v. Aurea. I just got two pots and I want to make a carpet in a terrarium but I'm not sure if I need to go get another light fixture. Any gardeners out there?

I also dislike the fact they named this plant moss when it's a tracheophyte and a dicot angiosperm at that.
