API Fungus Cure safe for Plants, Inverts?

Hey all, several of my fish have been displaying signs of fungus. They're all still healthy, but i want to eliminate it as fast as possible. I dont have a Quarantine tank, so i'm likely going to try and dose my tank with API Fungus cure.

However i'm not sure if its safe for plants and inverts since one of the ingredients is malachite green. I've looked on the net and on API's website, but haven't seen any warnings, but i'm still very concerned and don't want to kill my Amano shrimp, not all of my plants.
