Bonsai Tree

Would a Bonsai Tree in a half water half land tank be a good idea?

It depends on what kind of tree it is some trees like water, others get root rot if they're in to much water. Also if your thinking of using it in an aquarium stay away from evergreen trees because they leach sap into the water
