Well, I don't think it can in its present form, but if it mutates, it could. I don't think it'd mutate though because there are so many "hosts" to choose from without fish..

It attacks the respiratory system. Fish don't have lungs. It's to big of a deal it's the disease of the month. First it was mad cow, then west nile, then bird flu ..... lol get the drift.
