Can't send photos?

I'm constantly being told that I can't upload a photo because 'it exceeds my quota'...

What the flip does that mean?

You can only send a limited number of pictures per week? month?

Get photobucket or something similar and just paste the IMG link into your posts. You only get a limited amount of space unless you become a premium member of the forum.

I also have this issue but I don't use and can't use a computer, only my phone. Photobucket isn't going to help. Suggestions?

Setup an account with Imgur. There are a few Imgur apps available to post pics and retrieve the URL info (which you will need for posting pics).
