erm now ido wich is good less invasive on natural reef. but...how do you make rock?

LOL I'm not too sure but I've seen info on it online here and there. Thats why the rock is so perfect and full of holes.

lol it saves reefs and is eco friendly so kkudos to you reefcleaners. should i rinse rock before i put it in?
