cat food

yes, I know this isn't felineadvice, but my account there is inactive (if any of you are mods there my email for the account is twahrer@gmail.com and my username is the same)

anyways, I found out yesterday that my cat is diabetic and I am looking for a place online that sells food for diabetic kitties.

any help would be greatly appreciated.

thank you,
thane

I love Drs Foster and Smith and buy alot of meds and things through them for my dogs and other critters. I don't see any food specifically for diabetic cats but they do have an article on feeding cats with diabetes. HTH

My father has a diabetic cat as well. He requires 2 shots of insulin a day. We've all gotten to be pros at giving him his needles. He is healthy, happy and expected to live a long healthy life! Diabetis in cats is by no means a death sentence or even a shortened life sentence. Depending on severity, it can be managed quite well with diet and meds. If I can help in any way just holler.
