I got a complete pressurized [acronym:f06d8328a7="Carbon dioxide"]CO2[/acronym:f06d8328a7] setup from my darling husband!! I am so excited but will need a hand setting it up.

For some reason he thought I would not know what size tank to get, so he rented a 20# tank with the idea that I will figure out how much I use and then know what size to buy - but I already know I want a 10# tank - this 20 is HUGE! I did not tell him but complimented him on his cleverness

My hubby is the absolute best! Nothing says "I love you" like a trip to the welding supply store.... *snif*

Here's a cute present that I got...it's a picture of my betta, Benny, in a "fishy" frame!

I am waiting for my light to be shipped out to me ... other then that my fishies got a snack of fresh brine shrimp so they loved me for it!

fish related: My girlfriend gave me her Betta to put in our nicer aquarium at my apartment (pictures coming soon), I got $100 bucks to put toward a lighting upgrade, and I got a $150 fishing pole and reel and several lures.

non-fish related: I got engaged.
